Sarah Al-Qatou is a creative producer who champions crowd-pleasing, visually dynamic narratives that elevate unseen perspectives. Currently, she is independently developing a dynamic slate of film projects. In 2025, she served as Creative Executive at Rideback RISE, overseeing creative development of their fellowship projects. Previously, she was Creative Executive at Issa Rae’s Hoorae – where she produced across film, TV, and unscripted, notably working on RAP SH!T S2 (HBOMax) and SEEN & HEARD (HBO Docs). She has worked with filmmaker Lulu Wang, supporting development & production of EXPATS (Amazon Studios), as well as at film financier Big Beach & Focus Features. Sarah produced the action-short film TRIGGERMAN directed by Tyler Holmes, released by Omeleto. She has supported programs such as: The Academy's Film Accelerator, Palm Springs Shortfest, Sundance & WIF Financing Intensive, and The Reel Champions. A UCLA grad, Sarah has been recognized as a Film Independent Project Involve Producer Fellow, and Women in Film Business Fellow.
